+teawiki.net is managed by Dr. Rolf Becker to support his teaching at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. User accounts are solely used to grant access to the wiki. Users cannot register themselves. The wiki admin adds the users manually. Whenever possible user names are not related to any person but to abstract groups, such as ''xyz_stud'' for a single login of for all students of course xyz.
+In other cases the personal information stored in the wiki user profiles contains the login name, from which the unique identity of the user cannot be derived, and the official student email address according the pattern ''name[at]hsrw.org'' used for communication with students at HSRW. This email address is used to send wiki login data to the students. No further names, addresses or other personal information is stored. IN particular the matriculation number is not used at all. The user (student) is assigned to a user group such as ''stud'', ''xyz_stud'' or ''user'' in order to control the access rights in different parts of the wiki.
