 In other cases the personal information stored in the wiki user profiles contains the login name, from which the unique identity of the user cannot be derived, and the official student email address according the pattern ''name[at]hsrw.org'' used for communication with students at HSRW. This email address is used to send wiki login data to the students. No further names, addresses or other personal information is stored. IN particular the matriculation number is not used at all. The user (student) is assigned to a user group such as ''stud'', ''xyz_stud'' or ''user'' in order to control the access rights in different parts of the wiki.
+Personal student accounts (i.e. abstract user name and HSRW email address) are deleted, when the user requests for it or when the usage of the wiki becomes obsolete for the student, e.g. after the course or after exmatriculation.
