Dr. Rolf Becker established this wiki to support his teaching activities at the Rhine-Waal University and beyond. teawiki.net is based on Dokuwiki, a lightweight, open source, easy to install, deploy, migrate and use wiki platform. No need for databases or complicated installations. Access is controlled on file system level with ACL (access control list). My favorite!
