Tustin Transform
The Tustin transform, also known as the bilinear transform, is a mathematical technique used in digital signal processing and control theory. It's used to convert continuous-time system representations (like analog filters) into discrete-time system representations (like digital filters), and vice versa.
In simpler terms, it helps in transforming a system's behavior from the analog (continuous) domain to the digital (discrete) domain, ensuring that the frequency characteristics are preserved as much as possible.
